We have an urgent request for a Business Analyst working on an e-invoicing project. The role will be based in Brussels with hybrid working (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) Competences : - Proven experience in business analysis, testing and in digital projects - Agile way of working - Customer oriented (business) - CX improvement experience - Strong stakeholder management skills - Technical affinity and being able to make the bridge with developers, feature engineer and architects - Analytic mindset and structured - Very good communicator (internal) and team player - Autonomous and taking care to ensure continuous alignment with the team, the management and the stakeholders Tasks: - Digital customer journey definition and refinement - Impact analysis - Business requirements definition - Testing - Stakeholder management and communication
