Op afstand, Ter plaatseIn Nestlè I had the opportunity to attend a university internship and execute the university final thesis in which I demonstrated how, already in 2001, we could predict the potential of Internet and the concepts of "Cloud" applied to the extended supply chain of customers and suppliers.
Gained knowledge on Engineering, Procurement & Construction and Administration Finance and Control processes, applied to large capital intensive and big project management companies. My customers were CFOs, Project Controllers, and Project Managers, from whom I learned how to translate their functional requirements into technical specifications for developers and personally implementing most of the configuration tasks of the SAP PS, CO, IM modules, as I learned during a training at SAP Academy ended with a successful Certification. During this first working experience I participated to several projects in all phases of their life cycle, starting from a training to the end users at Galileo Avionics, and then following projects from the beginning of the presales phase up to the post Go Live support, as it happened in WASS (a company that produces submarines systems - ie torpedoes), Ansaldo Signal - which produces railway signalling systems), Techint Group (a major international EPC contractor).
Achieved substantial decreases in incidents, by 10%, and a 20% cost reduction in SAP application management service costs at ENEL Group. ■ Managed a complex SAP outsourcing contact, decreasing prices and service delocalization. ■ Increased customer satisfaction ratings, company credibility, and highly effective market penetration.
Held responsibility for leading and controlling the operational reporting model design and implementation, in a highly complex working environment. ■ Contributed to the AFC process consolidation into SAP ECC 6.0 for the company merger between Agusta and Westland. ■ Implemented the migration from Baan to SAP while implementing a new project control model, adopting earned value management system.

Manufactory Excellence Program: Budget: 500K€ - 15 staff and 3 contractors, utilizing Agile methodology ■ Evaluated and executed loT and Cloud infrastructure implementation, throughout improvement ideation and Pilot project realization. ■ Contributed to Spare Parts, operational working capital, lead-time procurement, and plant outages significant reduction. Ready-mix business solutions consolidation project: Budget: 500K€ - 20 staff and 5 contractors, utilizing PMP methodology ■ Ready-mix business IT solution consolidation, simplification, sales, and customer relationship management processes improvements, with a 20% total cost of ownership reduction
