Project examples : • Reorganisation of responsabilities and human resources for a public service (Public sector) • Alignment of operational improvement initiatives with business strategy (Automotive) • Definition of objectives and initiatives for the Operational & Safety Excellence program, setup and operation of the PMO (Utilities) • Documentation of the business architecture, a.o. business model, capabilities, information flows, application landscape (Utilities) • Realisation of cost reductions for the back office service centers (Banking) • Setup of a operational risk management department (Banking) • Problem solving and change management for purchasing and maintenance operations (Industry)
Main responsibilities : • Recruitment and management of the P&EM team. • Staffing and management of projects related to the transformation of processes, organization and IT systems for the evolution towards “Smart Grids”. • Contribution to the think-tank for the strategic positioning of EANDIS in the energy market
• Project management, business consulting and coaching in strategy alignment, performance analysis, continuous improvement, risk- and compliance management, business-IT alignment. • Promotion of best practices such as Balanced Scorecard, SCOR, ARIS Value Engineering, Six Sigma.
• Definition, pricing, partnership and pre-sales for the complete portfolio of products and services. • Participation to IDS Scheer’s global solutions “Process-driven SAP” and “BPM Governance
• Business Development : Set up the business plan for Steria’s CRM- and Workflow activities; select, motivate, manage and evaluate the team (4 persons); coordinate the production of tenders; manage relations with external business partners (Siebel, Selligent, Staffware, W4) and other Steria subsidiaries. • (Pre-)sales and Marketing : Define the CRM/Workflow products- and services portfolio for the Benelux region; produce marketing materials; participate in trade fairs; plan and coordinate marketing campaigns; identify and qualify leads; produce and negotiate proposals. • Project management : Staff and lead new CRM- and Workflow projects.
• Analysis of organizational weaknesses; Advice on changes in organization, processes and IT. • Project management and responsibility for the successful implementation of ERP systems
• Analysis and review of business requirements, gap analysis with standard SAP R/3 software. • Preparation of concepts and budgets for customization; development of software enhancements
