My job as a technical leader is to help my teammates understand and master our stack tech, as well as improve in writing better code that follows the field best practices. Also, with the help of the other technical leaders, I'm setting up design and coding guidelines as well as improving the overall architecture of the application. Especially, we're in the process of splitting the monolithic application into several business-oriented modules. The end goal is to produce a micro-services architecture. I'm also leading a project to give the Scrum teams the opportunity to work on technical-only topics in order to increase the improvement rate of the application code quality. The whole role induce writing the documentation of coding guidelines, architecture decision records, homemade frameworks, etc. Besides all of that, I pursue my role as a Java developer.
