1. Define functional solution in collaboration with the client: - Validate the specifications established by the client -Estimate the cost of developments - Define the functional specifications of the solution in close collaboration with the Architecture and Operations teams with UML in RSA tool or Enterprise Architect - Evaluate these solutions and define features based on user needs - Follow the implementation of these projects and the implementation of their functional analysis - Provide support and coordinate communication between all project participants 2. Participate to the quality control process: - Responsible for deliverables, development and Go-Live deadlines for all applications - Evaluate the potential impact (risks) of business requirement with a cross-company vision - Execute manual testing if necessary during the development phases - Communicate with development teams about the evolution of developments quality - Maintain and validate scripts testing - Support acceptance testing (UAT) of customers 3. Create documentation and user manuals, in compliance with standards 4. Share necessary information with the M-Team training team 5.
