As senior researcher of the multimedia department I have worked on combining a live video analysis platform with a complex event processing (CEP) engine and a semantics framework. My focus was mainly on the technical design, the implementation of a proof-of- concept and on the design and creation of the web-interface. After switching to the customer experience research department, I was working on a knowledge platform capable of doing auto-composition in order to create and deploy multimedia and internet of things services.

At Acerta I was leading the Front-end team consisting of approximately 15 front-end developers. Besides standard team- leading tasks such as people management, planning and budgeting, I also played a role in the improvement and enhancement of the front- end framework based on AngularJS, sass, typescript, gulp, npm... and I took up the role of project manager in the migration from WebSphere to Tomcat. My main focus was on improving the quality of the software and the methodology used.
