For a large Belgian banking entity in Brussels, I am looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join on a long term, freelance basis. Responsibilities: - Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for IT projects, ensuring that the technical solutions meet business needs and comply with regulatory standards. - Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimized processes and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Work closely with IT teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions, ensuring that they align with business requirements and industry best practices. - Act as a liaison between business units and IT departments, facilitating effective communication and understanding. Additionally, provide training and support to users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
