A multinational client of mine are searching for a Freelance Project Manager to manage their workforce implementation software. My client can offer a 6 month freelance contract and up to 3 days of remote work per week. Objectives: - Drive stakeholder engagement and coordination across multiple functional team (operations, HR, Legal, and IT) and stakeholders, driving effective and timely completion of deliverables and milestones. - Every week, ensure each team is dedicating the right resources in terms of people, time, money etc… needed to complete their work packages. - Follow and update the work plan and sequences of activities needed to successfully complete the project for various workstreams. - Manage resources, developer schedules and identify individual responsibilities to perform project activities. - Supervise suppliers involved in the project and coordinate where necessary, analyse and manger project risks and issues, implement a risk management plan. - Oversee the deployment of the pilot site, work with suppliers to update release schedule. - Manage resources, develop schedules and set individual responsibilities to perform execution. - Act as a Software QA by creating a testing schedule and identify teams that will be involved in testing (on site and at corporate). - Regroup items to be tested. - Ensure the appropriate teams have developed a test plan including test objectives, strategy, resources, tools, and schedules. - Ensure suppliers and internal stakeholders’ agenda are aligned for the testing phase. - At the end of a test cycle, publish a report on the test activities performed and the status of the application in response. - Supervise and monitor project progress against project plan. - Pilot and manage project costs and budget. - Provide regular updates on project status, risks, progress and KPIs to the Steerco & Stakeholders. Required: - 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager - Experience in risk management with a focus on operations. - You are fully up to date with the latest processes, methodologies and tools, and spend management. - French speaking. Details: - Location: Luxembourg (Up to 3 days of remote work per week) - Contract Length: 6 Months - Start Date: March 2023 - Remote Work: 3 days of remote work per week
