Our client within the Transport sector is currently on the search for a Customer Journey Expert to improve the satisfaction of their customers. They have informed us that they need a business analyst with 3+ years or more experience. The project will last for at least 12 months and can be executed fully remotely. Position: - Be the linking pin between the business and the stakeholders. - Analyse the process from purchasing a ticket to the end of the journey. - Understand the roadmap of the Customers Journey - Identifying risks and business concerns. - Provide Solutions on how to improve client satisfaction. - Implement the solutions that are suggested. Profile: - 3+ years’ experience as an Analyst - Good knowledge of English What's in it for you? - 12 Months Contract - Fully Remote position - Rate: 500 EUR / day of work
