Description: - EHS Project Manager (Pharma) - Brussels (MUST be based in Belgium) - Hybrid work - French speaking - 12 MONTHS+ - KEY WORDS: EHS, Environmental Health & Safety, Pharma, Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceuticals, Medial, Healthcare One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an EHS Project Manager (Pharma). This role is a mixture of remote and onsite work. The client can only accept candidate who are living in Belgium already. Job description summary: Risk Analysis - Finalization/completion of the risk universe, based on existing ADRs (Analyses de risques) - Involved in definition of 2022 Risk Analysis plan and in the design of a monitoring tool - Involved in the design of a tool to monitor the training to Risk analysis (review of the existing one) - Once all activities have been covered by a Risk analysis, proposal of a simplified risk universe Ensure the definition of the L1 2022 audit plan and its follow-up Ensure the definition of the 2022 Annual Action Plan Ensure the follow-up of the actions of the PAA 202 Propose a review of the current actions' management method (from Annual Action plan, L1, EHS Council, SD, Gemba, CAPA, etc.) to ensure the closure of tasks. Ensure of the follow up of EHS actions. Preparation of KPIs and preparation of slides sent to EHS Council. Ensure of the follow up of EHS KPI Propose a review of the current management mode to ensure: rapid escalation of the most critical events; timely management of events and actions resulting from root-cause analysis. Ensure a follow up of 2022 adverse EHS events. Support the finalization of EHS business Roles definition and communication of the results to all stakeholders. Ensure in place in-use of the role. Ensure the preparation of the monthly EHS Council slides. Ensure the wrting of the associated minutes (including the recording of actions defined during the EHS Council). Propose a review of the current EHS Council template in order to make it easier to follow/complete. L2 + audits, internal safety visit, PIU and evacuation exercise Ensure the preparation of audits (between 3 and 5 audits over the year) Ensure coordination of internal safety visit, PIU and evacuation exercise Profile: University degree or equivalent. At least 5 years of proven experience in an Industrial environment. Experience in pharmaceutical area Project management or coordination experience is an asset. EHS Mindset. EHS experience as CP2 or CP1, is an asset. Result-oriented. Analytical skills and synthetic mind. Good leadership skills with a positive and unifying attitude. Good judgment to set priorities and demonstrate proactivity. Like to solve challenges and meticulous. Fluent in French with a good English level, NL is an asset.
