One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Finance Manager. This role is a mixture of onsite (Brussels) and remote work. Your function As Finance Manager, you are directly working for the client Belgium general manager, and you are part of the management staff of the company. You manage administrative and extended financial aspects of the company. The activities in your scope include: - Accounting: ensure accuracy of the company's accounting . - Financial control & coherence: analyze and report business financial KPI's and deviations vs. performance targets; propose countermeasures - Ensure business processes are correctly handled & accrued within the financial systems and monitoring dashboards; challenge constructively current processes to continually improve - Planning functions including budget and forecasting. - Controlling of inventory management - Controlling of pricing process of installation projects including costs of material, labor and subcontractors and inventory. - Dunning: provide appropriate reporting to business teams to ensure collection of receivables and manage bad debt - Stock-related financial & logical processes, in collaboration with project teams, operations & planning responsible - Procurement: put centralized procurement in place, to ensure best conditions for the business lines (B2B, mass-market) - Costing: calculate projects costs as input for pricing, provide appropriate actuals reporting - You also act as coordinator with the parent company on financial, HR, Legal and IT matters. You are a member of the management committee where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the definition, implementation and monitoring of the company's strategy and leading initiatives with the objective to achieve the company's ambitions. You will manage a team of three persons. Your profile - You own a master degree - You speak at least two languages out of French, Dutch and English - You have at least 5 years working experience in finance - You have a strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach - You can communicate clearly to different stakeholders - You are a team player, you can work autonomously and set yourself priorities - You demonstrate strong integrity - Knowledge of the solar sector is a plus We offer - A valuable work experience in a growing company (startup mindset) within a strong group which has great ambitions for energy transition - A dynamic and enthusiastic team you can count on.
