Description

For an agile business services customer in Leuven, who provide numerous Belgian clients with digital solutions, I am searching for a freelance medior Project Manager to ensure the delivery of projects within the organisation. This is a 'classical' project management function with emphasis on core responsibilities and tasks, rather than the actual content of projects that the teams you will interact with are handling. Responsibilities · Coordinate and manage projects for teams within immediate scope, teams adjacent to the department and a combination of teams comprising internal customers and external suppliers · Budget scope and timing · Projects will be a mixture of IT software and IT infrastructure · Ensure resource availability and allocation · Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation Projects · sFTP migration – initially from on-premise to the Cloud but now to a new on-premise environment · Replacement of hardware in the data centres · Product hardening · Follow up non-standard changes · Charing the Change Review Board (CAB) · Sprint planning (everything except development which is now done by the Scrum master) Profile · Good experience in a Project Management function; in-depth technical knowledge is not required · At least medior experience of IT environments · Strong communications skills to coordinate and align multiple teams and business stakeholders · Tools used are MS Project and Azure DevOps · Good people skills · Accountability and precision on projects, reporting, follow-ups etc. Additional Details START DATE: August/September DURATION: Long-term SENIORITY: Medior CONTRACT: Freelance LOCATION: Leuven ONSITE POLICY: 2 days per week HOURS PER WEEK: 40 LANGAUGES: Dutch INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1 Stage
