We are working with a global consultancy whose focus is progression in the IT industry. They are looking for a Functional Designer Risk and Finance Applications. Location: Brussels, Belgium Duration: 12 months Day rate: Negotiable Languages: English and French or Dutch The Information Systems (IS) Assets, Finance and Risk team is looking for a functional designer with a focus on end-to-end approach and good communication skills, adapted to the different stakeholders of the project. The consultant will work within the IT organisation on various projects discussing requirements for setting up robust IT applications for crucial data-oriented processes, analyse them and design IT solutions. Personal Skills: - Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills - Excellent conceptual analysis skills (schema, graphs) - Excellent planning & prioritization skills - Strongly motivated to work with Business & IT - Strong sense of ownership and commitment Business Experience require: - 3 years of professional experience in analysis - 3 years SQL experience Technical experience required: - Making the functional requirements (global and detailed user requirements) for IT in function of the business requirements - Looking continuously for improvement of processes and applications - Preparing and organising the users acceptance tests - Describing the test scenarios, prepare test data and organize the test execution in collaboration with the tester/test coordinator. Functional experience required: - User requirements analysis - IT solution design on medium/large scale projects
