A Brussels based client are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a company-wide transversal digital transformation project from the start. This will require reviewing the corporate architecture for all areas (Business & Process, Information & Data, Application, Security etc…) and a replacement and update of their IT tools.. Objectives: - As the Senior Business Analyst, your main focus on this implementation program will be on the secondary processes (HR, Procurement, Finance, QHS etc…), and will be helping from the start of the project. - Working with architects and business stakeholders, contribute to building new architecture and adapted solutions that support this digital transformation. - Supervise analysts and their work who are responsible for building the user cases. - Create a coherent and integrated structure of processes and information flows to manage and support business processes. - Perform your own analysis, covering business requirements and designs; ensure in agreement with domain architects that the system meets these non-functional requirements, with a focus on ensuring its efficiency, scalability, flexibility and that it is secure. - Conduct fit and gap analysis of business requirements against different IT solutions. - Ensure there is alignment and liase between business units and IT stakeholders at expert and management level (also simplifying technical jargon and information so that both technical and non-technical individuals can understand). - Help the company prepare for data migration and data cleaning, facilitate the upgrade of higher-level process architecture and provide the necessary support for the implementation of data governance. - Run cost estimates and analyse to look for savings. - Ensure that during the project phase, the implementation complies with the validated solutions and meets the initial requirements. Required: - Strong experience as a Business Analyst. - Broad experience in areas relating to planning, governance & compliance, finance, procurement, sales, project management and HR. - Experience with modelling (conceptual, logical, data). - Trilingual (EN/NL/FR). Details: Rate: 650-750€ per day of work Location: Brussels, Belgium Contract Length: Initial 12 months contract Start Date: 01/01/2024 Remote Work: 2 days of remote work per week
