A leading logistics customer of our in Antwerp are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join for a long term, freelance mission. The client are a key player in the logistics services industry, specifically around the Port of Antwerp, and are at the forefront of offering sustainable logistics solutions. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assist on an application redesign project. Role: - Conduct analysis of the current business unit, including processes, workflows, systems, and technologies in use. This will involve understanding the logistics operations, identifying pain points, and assessing the effectiveness of existing applications. - Perform analysis to understand the core requirements and objectives of the application redesign by evaluating business processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation. - Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders. Ensure that the requirements align with business goals and provide clear guidance for the team. - Engage with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment. - Map out and document the end-to-end workflows and processes for the redesigned application. Ensure that these workflows are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness in the logistics context. - Act as a liaison between business units and the development team, facilitating clear communication and ensuring that project milestones are met. Coordinate with project managers to track progress, address issues, and implement solutions. Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as a Business Analyst Dutch Speaking Willing to intermittently travel to UK Additional Details START DATE: ASAP DURATION: 6 Months + Extensions CONTRACT: Freelance LOCATION: Antwerp, some travel to UK ONSITE POLICY: Flexible HOURS PER WEEK: 40 LANGUAGES: Dutch INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1 Stage
