Our Client is the regional Strategic Business Unit of a multinational corporation, global leader in his sector. Headquartered in the Brussels area (BE), our Client employs more than 20,000 people and conducts business in 40 countries. It offers a diverse product and advanced solutions portfolio, improving the way people around the world move, live, work & play. In order to strengthen the program management team of a Finance Enterprise Performance Management initiative, we are looking for a senior finance business reporting consultant with functional expertise in finance, preferably in marketing & sales, and technical expertise in SAP Analytics to deliver a full-time mission of 6 months (extendable). The team is mainly composed of (part-time) internals and externals, and leads processes and business intelligence tools quick-wins and structural improvements. Your role & responsibilities As a Senior Finance Business Reporting Consultant, your responsibilities include to: - Deliver qualitative production of the periodic financial management reporting to enable reliable reporting & analysis on a timely manner and according to existing standards; - At the same time, propose new ideas and improvements to develop and simplify the reporting process and forms in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Deliver business requirements; - Analyze current data landscape & systems architecture to identify improvement needs; - Give advice to end clients on how to improve their overall insight into data; - Delivery of the technical blueprint for SAP Analytics (FI/CO, BI/BW & SAC), together with BI architect; - Delivery Systems solution, inc. working closely with technical teams (support and hardware teams); - Training & Test of the solution, contributing to the strategy and test cases; Support end users during post go-live on ad-hoc basis; Your profile - Agile & communicative, working collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcome; - Self-motivated team player, and problem solver able to relay findings to non-technical specialists; - At least 10 years implementing SAP Analytics solutions (FI/CO, BW/BO or more recently SAC); Actively following SAP roadmap in the area of Analytics; Ready to go the extra mile and working on innovative projects; - Finance Background (Controller / Accountant / Analyst) is required to support the team on some operational activities - Applied economics or Commercial Engineer; - Fluent in English and French or Dutch as a mother tongue; - Ideally: Experience with S/4 embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or BW/4, Knowledge/experience of several SAP functional domains; Somebody who’s not afraid to take the lead in workshops, giving trainings (even on less known topics).
