Description

You will be part of a small team of experts managing the Mainframe infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will be to integrate smoothly in the Mainframe system team who ensures the stability of the production environment, provide project support for Mainframe related matters, provisioning of Mainframe requests and provide 3rd level support Qualifications - Provide a curriculum with a proven track record of 5 years in a similar position - Have an thorough technical understanding and demonstrated knowledge of Linux and potentially Swift environments - Have the ability to lead a small project team for implementing small to medium sized projects - Be able to manage the inter-relationships between team members but also with members of adjacent work-related teams - Have a problem solving attitude resulting in permanent resolutions of issues - Serves as a counsel/advisor to peers across a narrow technical domain - Have the ability to coach more junior colleagues on technical matters - Have an understanding of the Agile LEAN principles, eg PSS, Whiteboard, daily scrum, backlog management, TFS... - Understand the ITIL principles, more specifically change management, incident management, problem management, release management and how to apply it
