For a client in the industrial sector, we are searching for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist ro source, screen and recruit technical profiles and engineers. ROLE: - Sourcing and screening candidates. - Conducting selection interviews. - Giving feedback to candidates. - Reporting to hiring managers and HRs. PROFILE: - A solid track record in talent acquisition in the the engineering sector. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. - Excellent communication and networking skills. - Fluency in French, English and Dutch. 3 month extendable contract 250€/day Antwerpen Region with a lot of remote work
