Remotely, On-Site• Project Technical Lead Engineer and then, Project Manager in charge of leading projects from quotation until commissioning phase phase on site for the delivery and the installation of 60 single-deck train sets in Australia, Melbourne, of 6 metro train sets in Venezuela, Caracas and of 40 High Speed train sets in Spain (Renfe) and in particular : • Managing one or several design engineer(s) for electrical and mechanical design activities; • Leading all actors of the project as the main interface person between all shared departments such as Engineering, Industrialisation, Planning & Logistics, Supply Chain and Production; • Writing project planning according to available resources and customer need;
• Project Manager in charge of leading several contracts of design and project management for complete engineering assignment covering all building technologies and electrical equipment of traction substations for metro and tramway terminals in Belgium (STIB Haren and J.Brel sites), France (RATP St Ouen site) and Kazakhstan, and in particular in charge of: o Leading complete engineering activities with the contribution of a multidisciplinary team of engineers; o Implementing the project quality plan; o Managing the contractual relationship with customers; o Supervising of execution and commissioning phases of construction site in close relationship with enterprises.
• Senior Project Manager for the construction of the Proton Therapy Center located in Trento (PPP), Italy and in Uppsala, Sweden (EPC), responsible for delivering projects from customer order until acceptance of the complete site facilities (investment of more than 100 million euros per project), and in particular in charge of (non-exhaustive list): o Managing the procurement and subcontracting activities including contract negotiation for third party; o Managing the customer needs and relationship as single point of contact in the company and be involved as the main interface between external stakeholders and all internal departments such as R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, etc; o The planning and execution in addition of the coordination of all stakeholders; o Hiring, coordinating and managing a local team of 13 people per project; o Ensuring that the project is delivered within time, quality and budget to a satisfied customer; o HSE, QA and Regulatory Affairs responsibilities.
• Head of Service Operations & Projects for Proton Therapy & Radio Pharma business lines for the region EMEA/LatAm/Russia-CIS. Lead the department, define the strategy, performance indicators and related business models to further develop customer service activities. • Develop and Implement Risk Analysis process (FMEA) for the customer services activities and projects. • Structure the department, define new roles and responsibilities and improve business processes, while developing valuable expertise and leadership within the site teams across the region and within Field Service Engineers groups. • Define and execute business plans to increase services revenues and gross margin in support of sales organization (business development).
• Program Manager (15 persons, multi-site). Increase performance of project portfolios for all industries and in particular for life sciences (> 60% of project portfolio). Support project managers for client steering committees. • Support Global Account Managers to develop new business opportunities (installed base or new clients) and to promote new technologies. • Define the organisation, strategy, governance, processes and performance indicators with the objective to lead all projects and transform the current business model in project-oriented model. • Interface between all departments. Single point of contact: clients, subcontractors.
• Program Director to direct and oversee all program and project activities: Integrated master program schedule, financial budget, Program Management policies and procedures, alignment of program scope, schedule, resource, and budget, partnership with other members of the company leadership, requirements and compliance with regulatory and industry standards, Program status report (monthly, quarterly, and annually), Risk identification, escalation and mitigation process.
