RemotelyAs a digital marketing intern, I had the chance to learn more about the digital world and how to drive traffic to various demand centers. I was also responsible for writing and following through a communication plan to drive employee ambassadorship. On that subject, I had the chance to manage content and a platform : Sociabble.
As External Communications Manager for KOIS, an impact finance company, I head all communications for our four offices (Brussels, London, Mumbai & Paris). This means building the communication strategy, stakeholder management plan, but also building & designing their website, developing content such as our Impact Report (including the layouting) and blogs, newsletters, and more. I also handle our social media accounts and relations to the press.
After finishing three missions of 8 months at Proximus as a trainee in IT customer experience, Reputation manager & Digital performance expert, I joined the CEO office to be the strategic communications officer. In this scope I was active on strategic communications such as - The sustainability/circular/reputation strategy for the following years - Setting up & coordinating teams around specific projects in that scope - Taking care of the communication aspect to our board/executive committee to get such strategies & projects approved - Developing the social media strategy for each of our executive members and activating their social channels - Building the 2018 annual non financial report and ensuring it followed all legal requirements
