Remotely, On-SiteOgilvy Social Lab Brussels is ranked 3rd best Specialist/Digital Agency in the World in the leading global Effectiveness rankings (Warc Rankings) - 2019 • Account Management : Responsible for the smooth running of the account -operationally, creatively, financially and answerable on these points to the clients and to the Managing Director. Lead point of contact for the day-to-day client management, with respect of planning and deadlines. Build strong and enduring relationships with clients with understanding of the clients’ business and of the key broader factors and trends shaping their markets and categories. Understand and participate to the client strategy: their brand positioning, business issues, competitive context and targets, digital ecosystem, social media objectives. Measure and report all the defined KPI’s in order to proof the effectiveness of the implemented strategy. Review all major deliverables (strategic briefs, reportings, social assets,...) and ensure Ogilvy&Social.Lab quality standards. Creative department’s most senior contact on a day-to-day basis and as such can add value to briefs, can judge work and can present it to clients convincingly. • Project Management skilfull : production of applications, websites, newsletters, bannerings, videos production, shootings production, graphicals production with graphic designers, developers, productions agencies,... • Team Management : Build the respect, loyal commitment and performance of my team members (1-10 people). By creating the best possible work environment and delegate effectively and appropriately. Managed social media initiatives of major accounts of the agency: Carrefour Belgium (hypermarchés, market & express - e-commercer & in-store 3 years), Ice-Watch International (10 months - 23 countries - e-commerce & in-store) , Deutsche Bank as consultant (6 months). Warner Music is one of the "big three" recording companies and the third largest in the global music industry. Develop and implement, on a local level, Digital and Social Media Strategies responding to artist’s specific needs/objectives; Develop recommendation and coordinate of digital tactical/strategic plans for the different Warner’s projects : Topsify, CRM, Digital Marketing…; Monitor and update the teams on the campaign effectiveness, presentation of Post-buy reporting campaign performances and learnings (KPI, daily optimizations,...); Manage budgets by guaranteeing the best media mix within a detailed digital strategy; Develop and manage the Warner Music Social Media Accounts & Content Strategy; Provide recommendation on Community & Conversation Management to Artists on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
