Remotely, On-SiteF-connection and Buena-Media are company websites specialising in media services and products. I created and optimised SEO and SEA campaigns and I was responsible for the content management of the websites.
I built, maintained, reported and optimised all the major operational processes such as customer service, order fulfilment, delivery monitoring, stock management, product catalogue, website maintenance and uptime monitoring, code integration from 3rd party services (tracking codes such as Facebook pixel, google analytics, adwords, etc.)
LoungeAvenue was an online luxury boutique specialising in new to market luxury brands. I made the online marketing strategy for LoungeAvenue and managed a small team of internal and external personnel (TPM.) The main goals were to 1- acquire new customers and 2- turn the brand name into synonymous with unique luxury items. Beyond the strategic aspect, I created reports, analysed performance, did SEO auditing, and designed and launched email marketing campaigns including automated trigger emails such as birthday discounts.
I support setting up the Digital marketing strategy and operations by developing a strategy and connecting the business with the right 3rd party online marketing providers. I also keep an overview over the operations to make sure the strategy is being followed and meeting its goals.
